Eviction Services Coordinator
Arely Cruz is one of Tschetter Sulzer’s “almost Colorado natives,” having moved from Los Angeles with her family when she was 5 years old and has lived in the Aurora area ever since. She is the middle child of three, wedged between two brothers, so she fits in perfectly at TS, treating her Evictions Department coworkers more like family than colleagues. After graduating from Overland High School, Arely started her Paralegal Associate transfer degree at CU-Denver and is currently finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, before continuing on to Law School.
Prior to joining the Firm, Arely was familiar to Tschetter Sulzer because of her employment as a Leasing Agent and eventually as an Assistant Manager at a Firm Client Apartment Community in Littleton. Her multi-housing rental industry experience, in addition to her bi-lingual English/Spanish translation skills, provides her a unique skill-set that gives her the ability to relate to our clients and better assist them with their issues. Her extensive rental industry experience combined with her keen interest in pursuing a legal career made Arely an ideal candidate to join the TS team. Her responsibilities as a member of the Eviction Staff include, but are not limited to processing 3-Day demands, communicating court results to clients, and preparing paperwork for trials.
When not at work, her primary focus is on her schooling, but she still also likes to make and spend quality time with her family. One of Arely’s favorite downtime activities is to be out and about at Red Rocks, either attending a concert or hiking with her small, but rugged Pomeranian, Nala.
