Eviction Services Coordinator
Sarah Carillo is another of Tschetter Sulzer’s “Almost Colorado Natives.” Sarah moved to Arvada from San Diego with her family when she was 4 years old and has lived here ever since. She has been involved with the Firm in some aspect since she graduated from Pomona High School in 2015. First, working for our process serving partner, SST for two and a half years, then working as a Leasing Agent for one of our clients for about half of a year before joining the TS Team. As a Leasing Agent, she actually attended several of our workshops and luncheons, furthering her understanding of the legal aspects of the industry before ultimately joining Tschetter Sulzer.
Prior to joining the Eviction Staff full-time, Sarah worked for Tschetter Sulzer as a Legal Assistant in the Evictions Department for over a year. The Firm relied on Sarah to perform a wide variety of duties. Preparing dockets for court, helping with billing, and assisting with special projects. Now, her responsibilities as a member of the Eviction Staff include, but are not limited to processing 3-Day demands, communicating court results to clients, and preparing paperwork for trials. Working with the rental housing industry also provides a great launchpad for her as she pursues her Real Estate License through Redfin’s Real Estate Program.
After work and classes, Sarah fancies herself quite the chef, appreciating the wholesomeness of taking the time to produce a home-cooked meal. She loves to host dinners for her friends and family where she often prepares her favorite dish, a special chicken teriyaki stir-fry. In her free time, Sarah loves just relaxing and watching a movie. And she will admit that despite being an ever-faithful Star Wars fan, as is evident by the names of her cats, Maz & Nomi, she will, more often than not, opt to enjoy a romantic comedy or a horror flick than the sci-fi space opera.
