There is an explosion of residents who inform apartment managers that they have a need for an Emotional Support Animal (ESA). Although there are legitimate needs of a few residents to have an ESA, some requests are not valid.
In this webinar, Senior Managing Partner, Mark Tschetter, will demonstrate how to differentiate appropriate ESAs from ESA abusers and how to defend yourself from ESA-related Fair Housing complaints filed by those you deny.
