This is a webinar version of our Advanced Fair Housing workshop that is accredited for 3 hours of continuing education credit with the Colorado Real Estate Commission. This class focuses on evaluating and responding to Reasonable Accommodation and Modification Requests. We recommend that all of our clients who approve or deny these requests take this course on an annual basis. To learn more about the specifics of the presentation, click HERE.
