“Evictions Training” is Accredited by DORA for 3-hours of Continuing Education Credit*
No landlord wants to serve an eviction notice but sometimes it’s inevitable. In this class, attendees will learn about the types of eviction notices, how to draft a notice, and proper service of notices. This class also covers peripheral subjects to evictions like abandonment, domestic violence situations, and the Colorado Clean Indoor Act.
