“Handling Meth Issues in Property Management” is Accredited by DORA for 2-hours of Continuing Education Credit*
Everyone knows meth is bad but resolving meth issues is more complicated than you might think. In this class, attendees will learn how meth affects a property and its tenants, how to recognize signs of meth use and meth labs, and their duties as a landlord when a unit tests positive for meth, including remediation and reporting.
After the class (beginning at Noon), Firm Partner, Mark Tschetter will provide a luncheon-style update covering subjects like the state of the Rental Housing Industry and expectations from the new Colorado Legislature.
