Federally subsidized properties have additional requirements that housing providers must meet when evicting tenants. This class deep-dives into the Federal and State requirements to evict as well as explaining the types of eviction notices, how to draft a notice, and proper service of notices. This class also covers peripheral subjects to evictions like abandonment, domestic violence situations, the Violence Against Women Act, and the Colorado Clean Indoor Act.
