Webinar Wednesday–Bankruptcy in Property Management (July 2019)

The subject of this month’s Webinar Wednesday is “Bankruptcy in Property Management.”  THS Attorney, Peter Muccio will focus on what to do when a tenant declares bankruptcy, including the steps to take before proceeding with an eviction and what happens if you have sent them to collections.

Webinar Wednesday is a monthly presentation focusing on a different Landlord-related legal topic.  The webinars will be led by one of THS’s experienced attorneys and provide timely, specific, and important information regarding subjects that have recently come upon our situations board.  Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions as well.

When registering for this webinar, include anyone who would like to sit-in.  Registration is limited.  Complete the “email” section of the registration with the email address for the persons who will be viewing the webinar.  An email will be sent about a day before the webinar begins with a link to the presentation and a password.  You will need both of these to attend the webinar.
