The Department of Regulatory Agencies Division of Real Estate is focused on protecting consumers and balancing the needs of the licensees they regulate.  Failure to comply with Colorado Real Estate Commission regulations can create liability for both individuals and companies.  Third party fee management companies and brokers can come to the attention of the Division or Real Estate in several ways.  Anyone can file a complaint against a licensee or property management company, or a company can be chosen by the Commission for a random audit.  The Firm’s foremost goal is to bring clients into compliance to minimize the risk of Commission-related issues developing.  In the event that there is a complaint, clients that follow our advice are always in the strongest position to demonstrate their compliance with the State of Colorado’s laws and regulations.
