About Matthew Evans

Matt is a native of Illinois and a graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where he received both a BS in Business Administration and a BS in Mass Communication Specializing in Advertising. As Client & Public Relations Assistant, Matt represents the Firm in working with all of the Apartment Associations and serves on various Association Committees. He manages the Firm Website, Coordinates and Schedules Firm Workshops, and Luncheons, and manages Firm participation in all industry-related tradeshows and educational expos. Matt works closely with clients on special requests for Firm participation in supporting property events. His professional skill set includes an extensive knowledge of computers and he is exceptionally proficient in creative software programs, which he utilizes to assist him in producing Firm publications and newsletters. Matt brings excellent computer, public relations, creative, and organizational skills to his position at the Firm Matt’s previous work experience includes serving as Chief Communication Officer for New Paradigm Marketing where he was responsible for writing SEO, PPC, social media, and PR content for five clients as well as designing promotional materials. He was also previously employed as the Communications Specialist for the City of Evans, Colorado where he designed and implemented an e-newsletter, organized and managed City events, wrote speeches, articles, and press releases, and maintained social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube). Matt’s hobbies include playing defense on a league soccer team as well as enjoying all of the great outdoor activities available in Colorado. He is also a “gamer” and likes to kick back and play competitive computer games with friends. In spite of the fact that is the owner of a Miniature Pinscher-Chihuahua dog, Matt is a volunteer for the Colorado Great Dane Society.
