Become a Client

Thinking about filing your first eviction case with TS?

The first step in becoming a client is scheduling a New Client Consultation.

In your consultation, one of our attorneys (often Managing Partner Mark Tschetter) will sit down with you to discuss the details of your case, review your lease documents and explain the eviction process, and provide personalized advice to help you with your unique resident situation.

If you’re interested in scheduling a New Client Consultation, please email our Situations team at and they’ll follow up with a link to help you provide more detail and schedule your consultation.

Please note, due to significant changes to the law and eviction process in Colorado, any client that has not filed a case since June 25, 2021 may be required to complete a consultation to review your documents and all that has changed in the courts since you last worked with us.

Multifamily Communities. Are you an existing client with a new community?  To start the setup process, please complete a Client Information Sheet and email it to our Director of Public Relations, Media, & Client Success, Austin Jones at so we can start preparing your new account.
